I have a Mac IOS, Office 365 and just downloaded a trial version of Adobe Acrobat. I can not creat a pdf from an Excel file with 2 pages. Acrobat turns it into 20 pages. HELP, please.

The PDF Acrobat creates will depend on the print layout of your Excel document. What are the exact steps you are using to create the PDF?

I open my Excel file (2 pages) and then "save as" where I find pdf.

I also tried to open Acrobat and from there "create pdf" and the results are the same, 30 pages.

Try these steps:

- Open your document in Excel

- Select File->Page Setup

- In the Scaling Section, select the Radio button "Fit to", with options 1 pages wide and 2 pages tall

- Save the file

Now try converting using any of the methods you described above.

"Select file", where is that? My Office is in Swedish. I can not find anything like that.

I was referring to selecting the  "File" menu item. It's the first menu item. Hope this screenshot from English helps.

Thank you, it helped. But I did the opposite, 2 pages wide and 1 pages tall.
