I have a new computor with windows 7 and Office 2016. Loaded Acrobat Standard DC. When I open the program the main screen comes up and immediatly closes. How do I get the program to stay open?

Hi Steve Wilson,

Please try cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and restart our system.

Then try to re-install Acrobat Standard DC from this link: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

Let us know if issue still persists.

Please try following steps:

Delete all the files from following folders:

C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache

And, delete all files from following folder except cache.db

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ Adobe PCD

Launch the product and activate again and check.

I tried this and the problem still persists. I open the program and it immediately closes. Is there anyone I can speak to and get assistance. I paid $300.00 for this program and need to get someone to assist in correcting the issue.

I still cannot get Adobe Acrobat to work on my computer. Is there a help line I can call in and get this resolved. I paid $300.00 for this and cannot use my computer for work. Please let me know how I can proceed to fix this problem.
