I have a problem with exporting Word document to PDF using the OSX built in (Adobe) PDF exporter

Hi,

I have a 150 page long Word document and I should make a PDF from It, but when I create It using the OSX Print to Adobe PDF fuction It come up with an error message that in some sections the footer is out of the printing area. That wouldn't be a problem but when It does the rendering the half of the page numbering is covered/sliced (not rendered). The other problem is that the program make 5 separate pdf from the document. I tried to switch the page setup from A4 to A4 borderless, but then the document falled apart. Any idea? What should I use to make a useable pdf from it?

I use the newest Microsoft word and Adobe Acrobat Pro X.
