I have Acrobat 8 Professional Upgrade and want to install on new computer but can't find original software. What do I do?

I have a new PC and want to install Acrobat onto it but can only find an upgrade version.  I can't find the original software.  Since I've already paid for Acrobat, I'd like to reinstall it on my new PC and upgrade it to the latest version.  I don't want the Cloud version and am ok if the latest desktop version is not the latest cloud version.  How do I do this?

Hi ,

From where you have purchased this product, if from Adobe then would request you to go to 'adobe.com/getsupport'. Sign in using credentials, then select the option for 'still need help contact us' & initiate the chat session .

The chat expert will help you using tools & looking into your account

Hi michaelg77061725,

Please refer to this KB article :-  Find your Adobe product serial number quickly

Thanks for your reply.

I did what you suggested and my original Acrobat for the PC isn't listed.  I guess I never registered it.  How do I proceed from here?
