I have Acrobat XI and now every time I open a document I get this pop-up that I have 30 days left.

I have put the license number in several times but the window gets popping upi.

Hi Christopher,

Please update Acrobat to the latest release v11.0.18 and check if you are still facing the issue.

If yes then I would like to have a look at the amt3.log located at %temp% folder.

You might also want to try the steps mentioned in the doc: Doesn't launch after 30 days | Installed as part of a CS6 suite

Thank you Rave for your response. Having that message keep popping up was a annoying inconvenience, so I got a hold of support where they came into my computer ending up deleting and reinstalling and now it seems to work fine.
