What do I need to do to get the software working again. I am stuck with my assignment which is due in couple of days. Thanks for your help.

Hi ,

Acrobat 9 is ideally an unsupported version ,however you could share the screen shot of the pop up window you get so that we could see what exactly it is.

It seems to be a pop to download the latest Acrobat version.

Do you see an option to close it ,a cross(x) button?

Regards

Sukrit Dhingra

Thanks for your response. Yes, there is an "X" but it doesn't allow me to close it as the error window is sitting on it. The error window has change from the blank "Acrobat 9 pro" to the current one (attached). Is there any solution? What's causing this problem? It has worked fine for years and now all of a suddent, I am having this issue. Thanks for your input.

The current error screen says " Adobe Acrobat 9 pro has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience". Also, I cannot use my Internet Explorer anymore. Thanks.
