I have Adobe Acrobat Pro XI and recently it has stopped working in the middle of reducing a document's size. Optimizing has the same result. It doesn't happen all the time.

I'm having problems reducing the size of a pdf document both in reducing size and optimizing.

This just started happening and I don't know why.
