I have Adobe CS 5 fully paid up and not working.

Went through all the usual ... restart both the application (Acrobat Pro X) and the computer ... every tool application - add page from file, recognise text ...led to

Adobe Acrobat not responding when the coloured wheel of death appeared!

OK so far.

Uninstall the application from the CD - Done

Reinstall from the CD --- !!! Calls for serial number ... good idea ... insert serial no .... OOOUCH ... Message : This serial number is not valid for this product.

I have the confirming email!!!
