I have had Acrobat Pro 8.3 for some time. It is a registered product. However, since I updated to Windows 10, it keeps saying that it cannot connect to the internet to register or update the product. I am connected to the Internet. What do I do?

Reinstalling from my original DVD solved the problem.

Acrobat 8 is a very old version and not compatible with Windows 10, so problems are to be expected.
One thing you can do, though, is try the installer from here: Download Acrobat 8 and Acrobat 9

I followed the procedures and updated my product to acrobat pro 9.
However, it said my serial number was invalid.
I then uploaded pro 8. It still would not accept my serial number.
What do I do now?

Acrobat 9 is also not compatible with Windows 10. You need to get Acrobat XI or higher.
