I have moved to UK and should start working, today, with proofreading norwegian documents receiving from Norway. Suddenly I can't open the acrobat reader DC program and can't work with the documents. Is it because I have downloaded the norwegian version earlier? I have tried to download a new version today, but it still do not work. Any ideas?

There's no such thing as "Acrobat Reader Pro"... If it's the "pro" version then it's not Reader, but Acrobat.

Find out what exact version you have, and also let us know what exactly happens when you attempt to open the application. Is there an error message of some kind? If so, what does it say? Also, what's your OS? etc. These details matter a lot.
