I have problems installing Acrobat DC pro.

Hi,

I have problems installing Acrobat DC pro.

I get an error message that says Access violation at address 00000000, Read of address 00000000

I installed a month ago Premiere and Photoshop, and also had a problem with it.

Then I downloaded the program on another computer and moved over and then it worked to install the program.

I have tried to do the same now but I get the same error message.

I have had a trial program installed in a month and has now decided to buy the program.

I uninstalled the trial program and downloaded the new program, I received information that there was not the same program because I had chosen to buy a one-time charge.

is that the purchased acrobat dc or the subscription acrobat dc?

if subscription, are you using the cc app (https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud ) to try and install?

What kind of mess is Acrobat putting me in?  I just want to install and upload Acrobat Pro.  I believe I may have had a purchased Acrobat DC?
