When I attempt to edit, it doesn't bring up the edit bar function above to begin working on a file. It sends me to a link for additional info which ends up being the purchase the product page. I went through the motions and it said I already have purchased this program. Not sure where to go from here.

It's not enough to just subscribe to Acrobat. You also need to download,
install and use it...

Where do I go to download the software? I thought I already did that but perhaps I didn't.

In looking at this, I have Adobe Acrobat Pro and not Adobe Pro DC which is what I thought I purchased. Unless they are one in the same programs. I thought Adobe Pro gave me the ability to edit PDF's.
Frankly, this is really frustrating and I've wasted too much time trying to resolve this.

To download the software it is asking for a serial number. I don't know where to find that if it was originally sent to me.
