I havn't found any simple step by step procedures to distribute a form (created in Acrobat XI Pro) to my website where completed forms can then be submitted back in a spreadsheet. Does anyone have these specific insturctions without a lot of other rabbit

I haven't found any simple step by step procedures to distribute a form (created in ACROBAT XI Pro) to a website and then completed form information to be submitted to a spreadsheet.  Does anyone have access to this information which doesn't include a lot of rabbit trails?

Putting a PDF on your web site is trivial. Making sure it can be filled and returned by everyone is now impossible, because too many browsers don't work with forms. You need to give your punters CLEAR instructions to save to their desktop and open in Reader, to fill. But you need to submit to http, not mailto - mail is just a toy for testing. This needs the work of a professional web programmer.
