I installed the CD but still cant seem to use this product. why?

I purchased the Standard DC, installed it and followed the prompts.. it wont work.. the system keeps asking me to sign up and when I do it says the licenses key is unknown.

You probably purchased a pirate copy with a bad serial number.

What product were you trying to install and where did you purchase the disk from?
