I just purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro because when I was trying to edit a form I previously had created using Adobe Live Cycle Designer, the prompt told me I needed to upgrade my subscription. I committed to a one year subscription of Acrobat Pro, then trie

I finally found a way to chat with someone to help me.  After a 20 minute chat session I found out that Adobe had linked me to "renew" the wrong product.  They will refund me so that I can get the product I need.  My problem is solved.

That's good to hear, but why did you post this, then?

At any rate, I wouldn't be too sure that your problem is solved. You will need to purchase Adobe LCD separately now if you want to edit your file, as it's no longer bundled with Acrobat, like it used to.
