I have spent the last 2 hours on line with support trying to get the following resolved. They are now sending me via this route -
I have Adobe Acrobat Standard 7.0. It was removed from my PC and re-installed. Since re-installed I am asked to enter an activation code.
I can't get an activation code by telephone or online as I am told "Adobe has disabled the activation server for CS2 applications including Acrobat 7."
I was given a link and told to follow the download steps. I created a new Adobe Log in as we don't know the original one set-up to this licence as it was purchased for the company many years ago.
I have done the download yet I am still asked for an Activation Code which I can't get.
My Operating System is Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit
This has been previously installed on my PC
I am now unable to use this software which is ours and belongs to us. I have the licence and software here but can not use it.
Please provide me with an Activation Code or some will have to call me on 01942 881470 before 3pm to discuss this further. The links provided to get this resolved make no difference - I can't even open Adobe now with entering an activation code!
Please respond ASAP.

Hi,
The activation servers are no longer available for CS1 and CS2:
Error: "Activation Server Unavailable" | CS2, Acrobat 7, Audition 3
There is a version of CS2 which can be downloaded which doesn't require activation.
Whether it will run on Window 7 is an open question.
