I created a PDF form using Acrobat XI PRO, the user filled it and saved without problems every time with the same name. But I dont know why now Reader says he have to change the name every time he saves the form. I need he saves always with same name. Reader I think is 11

Is the file set to be read only in the folder where it is stored?
Is the folder where it is being stored set to read only?

The folder is no read only. Some excel files are saved without problems.
About first question is that option selected in windows or Acrobat? But I think the file is no read only. The user is a beginner in PC world and he cant change the option.

The first one is the property of the file in the file directory.
Also if you have the 'Preview' option on in Windows Explorer, the file is open to display the preview image.
