I need to combine 40 xlsx (excel 2016) files into 1 pdf without loosing the "printable area" configuration and only printing the active sheet of each file. Also I need the result to be "high quality print".

The title is self-explanatory.

If I open and print each xlsx file, I get the intended results.

But I will be doing it 40 times and then I still have to join all the files.

By the way - where do I configure the output as "high quality print" so that it becomes the default setting?

Best regards

Hi joaoh38523000,

Would you may make this setting as default when there will be permissions issues within your user account. If you are working on Office system , check with your IT for administrative rights.

Regards,

Yatharth

Thanks for the heads up.

I have administrative privileges in my windows and office.

I've gone so far as to change the "preferences" in the printers and also the "preferences" in the Acrobat DC "create pdf - microsoft office excel".

None of them apply as standard when I just "print" my file from Excel.
