I need to deactivate Adobe XI Pro licenses on old computers.

Guest

I need to deactivate Adobe XI Pro licenses on old computers. I have a legitimate license that is installed on computers that are no longer in use. When I try to navigate through the Adobe help options, I am referred back to the forum with no option to call someone.

Thanks in advance,

Oliver

Hi Shivam, the articles say to deactivate the product from the computers that are activated but I no longer have access to those computers. I would need Adobe to reset my counter or something else on your end so I can use my product.

Thanks!

Oliver

Thanks I’ve tried going through the online channels but everything just directs me back to the forums. Is there a phone number I can call?
