I own Acrobat X Pro. I cancelled my cloud membership to the free one since I use nothing else anymore and I can't open an Acrobat document without the stupid popup to renew my subscription. I OWN THIS, it is not CC. How to fix this please?

Anyone have an idea how to fix this since Adobe insists on preventing you from having any kind of customer service?

Try uninstalling Acrobat (and the CC app, if you're no longer subscribed) and then downloading and installing it from here: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X
