I paid for Adobe Acrobat Pro at 29 days but it won't work now. It says it wants me to pay again. What a rip-off.

The trial version is free to use for 30 days. You don't have to pay for using the trial software.

Once the 30 days are over you will get a prompt to purchase the subscription.

I checked your account details and found that you have purchased an year subscription to Acrobat DC, billed monthly.

Rave

Hi patrickm43309164

It seems that you are trying to edit the files ion Acrobat Reader (Free version). Please use Acrobat Pro for editing the PDF files

Also set it as Default PDF Program. You may do this by right clicking any pdf file > properties > Under General > in opens with , click on change option then set Acrobat Pro from the installed program .

Let me know if it works .

Regards,

Yatharth

You are wrong. Adobe is trying to collect the monthly bill from me twice.

Ok, if they are doing that, it's unusual. If you want us to help, however, you need to tell us what exactly happens. Your specific messages.
