I paid for the expensive Adobe Acrobat Pro DC but I can't use it's features. Help!!!

The usual cause of this is paying for Acrobat but NOT USING IT. If you keep using the free Acrobat Reader, in doesn't change. Acrobat must be downloaded and installed.

What if you did downloand it and still can't use it?  I have an order# and everything.
