I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.  I have been using it on my computer for years without any problems.  Today it gave me the following message: "Licensing for this product has stopped working.  You cannot use this product at this time.  You must repair the problem by uninstalling and then reinstalling this product or contacting your IT administrator or Adobe customer support for help. (0)" I then uninstalled it and then reinstalled it using the licensing key from my package, and I just get the same message.  I contacted customer support and they told me that they cannot support me, and directed me to the forum.  Please help ASAP.
