I purchased Adobe DC, but the trial version keeps coming up. Not sure what to do next.

As per the issue description mentioned above, you have bought Acrobat but it shows its in trial mode, is that correct?
As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have a perpetual license for Acrobat DC as well as trial for Acrobat DC which has expired.
Try deactivating the application using the steps given in this link: Activate and deactivate Adobe products
Run cleaner tool on the machine which you can download from here: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Then, install Acrobat DC installer from here: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC | Non-subscription
You need your Acrobat DC serial number to complete the installation.
