Hi iñigos40439923,

If its the latest Adobe Acrobat DC & you have purchased it from Adobe then you can contact our customer service team Contact Customer Care, they will help you to switch the licence from Windows to Mac.

I contacted Customer Care and the only solution proposed is to return the Windows license, wait for a refund, and then purchase the Mac license.

After paying 676 euros for the Acrobat Pro Document Cloud license (more than 700 dollars) I would have expected a better solution, like exchanging the Windows license for a Mac license.

Taking into account that the license was purchased directly to Adobe in internet, i feel very frustrated for the lack of quick solution.
