I reinstalled Windows 10 on a new hard drive, downloaded AcrobatPro_11_Web_WWMUI.exe from my order history, but it says my serial number is invalid. I've tried with and without the dashes. Do I first need to somehow tell Adobe that I have "uninstalled it"?
