I scan ato a pdf and open it shows up as a blank page.

have always been able to scan to a pdf.  now when I scan and open it shows up as a blank page.  Scanner will scan same doc as a tiff, jpg, etc. but will not scan as a pdf?

- Acrobat version

- Scanner detail

- OS detail

- Is this happening since any recent change?
