I sign in for all applications, but I only could download the trial version and can not instal the propper version?! What can I do?

Could you please let me know which adobe application you are trying to download and what is the OS version on your system?

Please elaborate the issue for us to understand and provide you with a solution .

Also let us know what issues you are facing while installing the proper version ?
