Please provide the exact program you are using for opening files.

You may use this link to download Acrobat Pro :- Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

If you want to put Acrobat Reader , use this :- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

If you are facing any issue in opening File, then refer to this KB article :- Can't open Adobe Acrobat or Reader PDF
