Hi all,

The company I'm working for is using Adobe Acrobat (now using XI) for commenting the documents and drawings files. I would like to know, how we can export the text in the comments from pdf file to excel file; instead of copy & past the contents manually. To be more precise i need following information to be exported; comment text, commented user name, page no and date.

Could you please help me with any macro or tools to do this?

This can be achieved using a custom-made script. I've developed similar tools in the past so if you're interested in such a script contact me privately and we could discuss the details.
