Identit-e 2.0 Problem

I just purchased the Adobe acrobat Pro DC 2015 release, Student and Teacher edition from the local Office Depot store. I read the install directions and got on the activation site which is "Identit-e 2.0". I followed step 1 which is to enter the product code given and I did. I receive the error code "Identit-e does not recognize this product code."

Has anybody been through this before?
