Import from user input and display in Subject line

HI everyone,

I am trying to create a pdf form where user are asked to input in the field, sign the document and submit the signed form via email. I have used "Submit a form" action to email to certain address (e.g. [deleted by mod] subject=Send this form). I also want to show the user input in the subject line of the email along with the other information.

Someone told me JavaScript can do this but don't know how?

Any help will be appreciated. I am using Acrobat Pro.
