Hi gregorysllc617,

Please provide the exact dot version of the software & OS installed at your system .Also check whether is there any update available for the software after going through "help > check for updates "

Follow this thread to reset the preferences for the Acrobat software :- How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.

If you are on Windows OS, open Acrobat, navigate to Help menu & repair the installation.

Also would like to know if this happening with a particular document or with others as well .

If others are working fine, it might be document specific issue. Also the name of the application using which the documents are originally created .

Regards,

Yatharth

I had the same thing happening with a form I was producing in InDesign, then finalizing in Acrobat. My issue was a group of radio buttons that was applied via a Master Page. As soon as I took those radio buttons off of the master and moved it directly onto the page, Acrobat played nice.
