Is this a feature you want on a PDF form? And where exactly do these first names come from?  What's your workflow?

Hey Thom Parker

I work on a place with 600 employees. Every employee that starts here recieves a work laptop, and everyday someone leaves and someone comes in. I want to send an adobe sign request to sign a laptop contract to the conserned employee that is going start. Our root/base is our AD/domain. Is it possible for me to create a PDF template on Acrobat that automatically adds the first name of the reciever's email, AD user name, or some data/worth so i don't have to do it al the time. We just started contracting digital, that is just so much easyer but now i try to automate it, only for the contracts. If im looking to far for something small i would agree too. But it would be perfect so i wont have to type the name's again. We also intergrated it in Azure/office.

So this is something you want on an Adobe Sign form?  And right now you have a PDF form setup for Adobe Sign that you fill out manually, and send to the new employee through the Adobe Sign service?  Is this correct?

Where do you get the new employees name and email?

It is possible to automate Acrobat form filling. There are in fact many different ways to grab data from some other source and put it into a PDF.  But the difficulty of doing it depends on where the data is coming from. If the data is stored on an Azure server, then I'm sure there is a way to do it, but that is outside the scope of this forum.

Sarah, why are you posting these strange questions? I think you may be lost.
