Installation Error

Please can the admin help me resolve this issues. After registration and downloading the setup for the trial version, each time i try to install it on my computer it gives me error messages referring me to contact the adobe admin. so please how do i go about the Installation thank you

Hi Michael Esew,

Could you please attach a screenshot of the error message?

Also are you the admin of the user account or is it a standard user account ?

Please try to run the setup file as administrator by right clicking on the setup file and selecting option "Run as Administrator" .

Also try to install acrobat DC trail version from this link :Download and install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC trial
