Installation Failing on Acrobat XI Pro Mac

I uninstalled Acrobat XI Pro Mac as I was having some issues.

I am unable to reinstall.  I successfully installed the .dmg file, but upon installing Acrobat XI, I get a Failed message.

I installed Acrobat XI.  when I go to run Adobe Application Manager, I receive Error Code A12E1

Can you tell me why I am receiving this error?

Please check if your MAC firewall is off!
