Installation of Acrobat DC fails on Windows 10

I have tried to install Adobe DC for a month and nothing! I have had the adobe team hijack my computer to install it and not even they can do it. They wont even cancel my subscription!

I see from an earlier thread on the topic Issues downloading Acrobat DC that a couple months ago you were receiving an "Installation failed, Errors encountered during Installation(7)" message when trying to install Acrobat DC on Windows 10, is this still the case? It sounds like you tried cleaning using the Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs‌ is that correct? What other troubleshooting steps have you tried?

I am posting this discussion in the Installing, Updating, & Subscribing to Acrobat forum where the experts there are best equipped to help. However, the more information you can provide about the exact issue you're experiencing, the better.
