Had to install AcrobatXI Pro on new computer (the old drive died and I couldn't boot to deactivate the licenses on anything). Showing as activated on the Help dropdown menu, but keeps popping up the Activate license window when I start the application. Will not take the serial number shown on my Adobe account (says there is no qualifying product installed).

Hi ,
Did you have Acrobat XI only prior to this version or any previous version?
Seems like there is a different serial number linked to Acrobat XI that you have presently installed and you are typing in the serial number of the qualifying product , i.e and older version.
