Installing Acrobat Pro XI

I have downloaded this previously purchased software and at the registration box, the available options do not include my version.  I have the serial number, which it tells me is a valid number, but I can't reference it to the proper product so I can't proceed.  I had it on an old computer but have changed out the hard drive on it and the software is no longer on that computer.  Any suggestions?

you purchased an upgrade from acrobat 9 or x.

when starting your xi installation you are prompted for your xi serial number (which you're correctly entering).  you are then prompted to select the upgrade (9 or x).

select the version you also own and you will then be prompted for its (9 or x)'s serial number

enter the correct number at the correct time and installation will proceed.
