Thanks Yatharth. However, I am using Windows 7 and do not have these options. Some background which may help...Acrobat XI installed and worked fine for several months, then Microsoft anonymously downloaded and upgraded my system to Win 10 without my approval. I brought it to a Microsoft store in NYC and a tech stripped out Win 10 using scripts without downgrading at my request. Since then, Acrobat XI will not launch, it only asked to connect to the internet and closes after several attempts. I have no issues with any other software and only use Adobe for Acrobat, but that is important.
I attempted uninstalling and reinstalling without success. The same issues reoccurs. I have a copy of Acrobat 10. Should I just downgrade for now until I am ready to upgrade to Acrobat DC?
