Invalid serial number

I am trying to install Adobe Acrobat XI standard from a CD, when I enter the serial number that is on the CD I get it is an invalid serial number.  I have also downloaded the product from the web link and get the same error.  I am getting this on multiple Cd's

Could you please tell me the OS version you have?

You can try downloading Acrobat XI from the mentioned link :Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

We have determined internally that a windows update broke it.  Once we removed the windows update, the install works fine.  Don't know if it is on all adobe products but worked when we fixed here.  The KB is KB3139923
