iPhone scanning to PDF

I am a new user of Document Cloud and have scanned a number of pages from an old academic journal with Acrobat app on my phone.  About 25 pages have uploaded to my document cloud, but it seems to be stuck on converting a page.  Are there any storage limitations I should be aware of?  I have to admit I am frustrated with the level of documentation on this product, particularly for the price.  I appreciate your help!

So that we can direct you... what is the exact name of the App you are using on the iPhone (Acrobat itself, the app called Acrobat, is Mac and Windows only, hence the question). Or are you connecting to a web site? What subscription do you have?

It was using the app, "Adobe Acrobat."  When scanning a document it offers the option to use my iPhone 6 camera or photo library.  Thank you for your help in this matter.

There doesn't seem to be an iPhone app called Adobe Acrobat. There is an Adobe Acrobat Reader. Or did you find one called Acrobat? What did you subscribe to (please check receipt).
