Would it be possible to create a JavaScript to copy files from google.drive and copy those files to a specific location onto a PC?

Currently, I add PDFs onto google.drive for other users to 'copy and paste' to update their PDFs, but need something earlier for users. Many users can't grasp the concept of  'copy and paste'.
