Document  has different page sizes. How to maintain consistent "fit height" view using bookmark links at left to navigate the document?

You can set the zoom level of your bookmarks to Fit Page. However, if you do it in Acrobat it needs to be done manually, one by one.

If you want to do it automatically you would need to use a plugin or a standalone tool, like this one I've developed: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Batch Edit Zoom Level in Bookmarks
