Acrobat Pro is available as a license (perpetual product) as well as subscription.

Yes, Acrobat that you get in the Creative Cloud is same as Acrobat Pro.

There isn't any difference in the license and subscription version.

As I see that you have complete creative cloud subscription, so the version of Acrobat that you get into it is Acrobat DC( Acrobat Pro DC) which is the most updated version of Acrobat.

Yes, if you have a subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud, it includes Acrobat Pro DC.
