Is there a way to change the drop down list based on a check box selection?

Hello!

Is there a way to change the drop down list based on a check box selection? I've been looking online and can't seem to find anything helpful for a javascript!

I have 2 checkboxes labelled "First" and "Faith" and a drop down named "Covers" with options of A, B, C, D, E, F, G.

If I check off first, I want A, B, C, and D to be available in the dropdown, and if I click faith I was D, E, F and G available.

Any suggestions?
