Is there a way to create a fillable document that will add pages if the user needs to add additional information?

I'm creating a form (construction based) that needs calculations over 10 columns, but the primary user asked if the form could add multiple pages as needed. The previous form that I'm revising was only a single page doc. but what he sent as an example is a 10 page version because some jobs need more info added.

Yes, you can use templates to add any number of additional pages. If it has to work with Reader, then users will need Reader 11 or DC. Here's a link to an older tutorial that discusses the basics, but be aware that some of the info is outdated: Planet PDF - A Lesson in Templates for Adobe Acrobat

Also, a bug that was recently introduced to Acrobat/Reader DC causes problems with template spawning, but I expect it will get fixed in the near future. You can find more information with a search here.
