Is there a way to have a file save as an uneditable document and submit to me simultaneously when the submit button is hit?

I am using XI Pro to create a work order form. I want my field crew to submit it via email to me which is pretty straightforward. However, I want the form to arrive in my email as uneditable - the fields 'flattened' in essence. Is there a way to have the file save as an uneditable document and submit to me simultaneously when the submit button is hit?

HI ,

This is possible. The sender of the document could select restrict editing under the protect tab.

They would be prompted to type in the password ,Once they enter that ,go to File>Properties>Security>Change settings and they could check mark the option restrict editing.

This password would be known to the sender and not to you.
