Is there a way to make ALL my PDFs print at 100%?

I create a very large number of forms and documents, the final product of which is always PDF. I really need for them to all print at 100% with normal looking margins rather than reduced with gigantic margins. Apparently when my clients are using Reader on a PC, the default print size is "scale to page size". If I want to override the PC print default of "scale to page size" I have to go into each and every PDF (hundreds of them) select Properties > Advanced > Page Scaling and change from "Default" to "None" which then forces me to chose a page range. It's pretty tedious to do that 50 times a day. It's annoying to my clients to get a reduced printed document if they don't remember to change that default every single time they print a file. Is there some place in my general Acrobat Pro Preferences where I can make all PDFs I create print at 100%? Is there a  plug-in?

I am working on an iMac with Acrobat 11. I just don't have the time right now to learn an all-new interface. (unless it solves this problem)

Thanks,

Amy

Hi avalonpp ,

Would like to inform that you may set the page magnification to 100 % in Acrobat by trying this step :-

Acrobat > Preferences > Page Display > Under Default layout & Zoom , set the Zoom to 100% . Then OK & relaunch the application.

So on opening the documents in Acrobat, they will open with this 100% magnification & then you may print them .

Let me know if it helps .

Regards,

Yatharth

on my mac, I don't have a set to 100% option, but I do have the option to change it from Automatic to One Page, and that seems to have done the same thing. Thank you - was driving me crazy

Doesn't seem to work. Of course I can change the Properties of each and every file, but the point is that when I send this to a client, they never remember to do that and then they are upset that it doesn't print like it looks on the screen.
