Is there a way to print a web page

Is there a way to print a web page to Adobe Reader XI or DC using custom printer margins? (Windows XP, 7, 8.1 and 10) I have to print pages that automatically resize to fit the monitor window, but use the print preview to change the margins and/or scaling so it prints to fit in a 3-ring binder without cropping the image or splitting an image between pages.  I have been doing this for years successfully. The latest versions shove the image to the top of the page, don't allow scaling, and totally ignore the printer margin settings.

Could you please tell what Web Browser are you using - Google Chrome/Internet Explorer/MS Edge?

Could you please post a screenshot of the one of pages which you are trying to convert?
